Terms of service

StockPulse is published by Hakim Bouali, trading as Trussfy("we", "us"). By installing the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, uninstall the app. Contact: contact@trussfy.com.

StockPulse reads your catalog, stock levels and recent order line items through the Shopify API, and presents an analysis: sales velocity, days of stock remaining, an estimated stockout date, and a risk level per product variant. It also offers a CSV export of that analysis.

Every figure StockPulse shows is an estimate derived from your past sales. It is not a forecast guarantee and not advice. Demand changes, promotions, seasonality, supplier delays and restocks are outside what the app can see.

StockPulse never places orders, never modifies your inventory and never recommends a quantity to buy. All purchasing and restocking decisions are yours. We are not liable for stockouts, overstock, lost sales or any commercial outcome resulting from decisions you take.

These limits are shown in the app whenever they apply:

• Sales are read over a 30 days window; cancelled orders are excluded and refunded units are deducted.
• Reading a full catalogue takes Shopify several minutes, so it happens in the background and the result is stored as a snapshot. Your dashboard never shows figures from a snapshot older than 20 hours: past that, it starts a new reading and falls back to a direct one, which Shopify caps — and it says so on screen rather than pretending the analysis is complete. The daily email accepts a snapshot up to 30 hours old, because a daily report describes yesterday by definition and carries its own date.
• Products with less than 14 days of history are marked "building history" and are not scored.
• Past stock levels drawn on the product chart are reconstructed from sales: restocks are not visible to the app, so that part of the curve is an approximation.
• The analysis depends on the Shopify API. If Shopify is unavailable or access is not granted, the app says so instead of showing zeros.

• Keep your Shopify store data accurate — the analysis is only as good as the inventory figures you maintain.
• Do not attempt to access the app outside Shopify Admin, or to disrupt the service.
• You are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to your own business.

StockPulse is pre-launch. Until the app is published on the Shopify App Store, it is provided free of charge and without a service commitment, and the price announced on this website is indicative and not yet billable.

There is a single plan: USD 19 per month, preceded by a 7-day free trial. There is no free tier and no usage limit — every product in your catalogue is analyzed on any plan.

When billing opens, it runs through Shopify: charges appear on your Shopify invoice, the price is shown before you approve it, and you can cancel at any time from your store. We never handle your card details. Changing the price does not alter subscriptions already approved.

We do not offer an uptime guarantee at this stage. We may change, suspend or discontinue features; material changes affecting merchants are announced by email. You may uninstall at any time — doing so deletes the data we hold about your store, as described in the privacy policy.

Our handling of store data is described in the privacy policy and governed by the Data Processing Addendum, which forms part of these terms.

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid for StockPulse over the twelve months preceding the event — which, while the app is free, is zero. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost sales. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply.
